Collier County, Florida has initiated a comprehensive project for the purpose of developing Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) for each of the Collier County government organizations.

For this project Collier County selected BOLDplanning.com, a web-based Continuity of Operations planning system designed to assist organizations in the COOP development process. BOLDplanning.com is a web-based planning tool that guides users through the process of developing continuity plans. The BOLDplanning.com system walks users through each step of the planning process and helps develop a plan that clearly outlines the elements required for an organization to continue to perform its Mission Essential Functions during times of disruption.

The BOLDplanning.com system has been customized to meet the specific COOP planning needs of Collier County and has been deployed via the internet at www.CollierCOOP.org for this county-wide planning initiative.
